As in conformance with the standard ISO 9000 international standard, the Quality Control or Quality Assurance department has confirmed:
- Dr S. Serhal hospital was accredited during the last visit of the Ministry of Health in June 2010.
- Systematic analysis of patient satisfaction: a study is done every year, based on a questionnaire that is given at the end of their stay.
- Risk management to prevent undesirable events for the safety of patients, staff and visitors.
- The development of prospective aspects of prevention of risks trrough an incident declaration system that permits the identification of undesirable events within the hospital. Analysis and management of these incidents are accomplished by the Risk Management Committee after setting corrective and preventive actions.
