Meals are prepared on the day by our Chef M. Dany Kysho under the supervision of by a registered dietician Mrs. Rita AFLAK.
We can cater for all dietary needs of our patients upon request by the patient or by our team of Dietitians. We diet code all of our patient menu cards including choices for the following diets, High Protein/Calorie, Gluten Free, Healthy Eating, Soft Diet and Vegetarian. We also have a menu for patient to select from to meet their Cultural and Religious needs

Breakfast 7:30 AM
Lunch 12:00 PM
Dinner 5:30 PM
