Visiting Hours

For all departments, visiting hours are from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, except for the Intensive Care Unit: from 12:00 PM to 1h00 PM and from 5:00PM to 6:00 PM 

For Infection control reasons, it is not advised to have Children visit the hospital.

Smoking policy

Smoking is not allowed in the hospital except in designated areas like the Cafeteria

Phone calls

From your room: 

Dial 9 for the operator who can transfer any desired number
Dial 100 or 104 for the Emergency department

Dial 603 for the admitting Department

Dial 618 for the cafeteria

If you are calling from outside the hospital, dial the number of the hospital: 04-405050 or 03-203520 followed by the desired extension number


Hospital Admission

First you need to obtain your doctor’s approval to be hospitalized, then proceed to the admitting department in the entry hall

Checking out

Your treating doctor decides your discharge, and then a representative from the billing department will contact your room to complete the procedure.
Yoou will be given a printed and a CD copy of all your exams: Xrays, Ultrasounds, CT scans, laboratory tests... 



Meals are prepared on the day by our Chef M. Dany Kysho under the supervision of by a registered dietician Mrs. Rita AFLAK.

We can cater for all dietary needs of our patients upon request by the patient or by our team of Dietitians. We diet code all of our patient menu cards including choices for the following diets, High Protein/Calorie, Gluten Free, Healthy Eating, Soft Diet and Vegetarian. We also have a menu for patient to select from to meet their Cultural and Religious needs 
Meals are served by the Nutrition team at:

Breakfast 7:30 AM
Lunch 12:00 PM
Dinner 5:30 PM

    You have access to a variety of channels connected to a cable network in all rooms and on all wards

    Free WIFI internet is available throughout our hospital. You can ask for your password at the nurse’s desk or upon your admission at the office or call extension 605 for further assistance
